Consumer Unit Upgrades

Do you have an old outdated fuseboard or consumer unit that doesnt comply with the current edition of the wiring regulations?

Are you a landlord that requires their property to be brought up to date with current regulations and made safe for tennants and to make sure the property is compliant?

We can swap your old out of date consumer unit for a brand new unit that complies with the current regulations. Providing a professional service with as little disruption to your home as possible.

We also offer EICR's and can provide inspection and testing of all circuits and give you certification and peace of mind that the property is safe.

Full/Partial Rewires & Additional Circuits

Inspection & Testing

Inspection & testing is a critical part of any electrical installation to ensure it is safe to put into operation.

Any electrical work you have carried out needs to be certified by a competent person in order to be signed off by building control whether it is a minor works certificate for any small alterations or additions made to a circuit or a full EICR for a full rewire.

It is also now a requirement for landlords that they must have every property they own tested at least every 5 years to stay compliant.

We can provide all of your inspection & testing needs and give you peace of mind that your property is as safe as can be from an electrical standpoint.

Fault Finding & Repairs

If you are having trouble with faulty equipment or circuits tripping out and you are unsure why then give us a call.

One thing to be aware of is that fault finding can be a quite invasive procedure at times, for example we have found junction boxes under floor boards that need replacing or a damaged cable either under a floor or in a wall and will therefore need to be exposed to be repaired.

We will always make you aware of what we feel needs to be done prior to doing the work and give you as many options as possible to work around you.
