Panel Design & Build Service

We offer a panel design and build service which we are confident covers any electrical panel you need.

We can design panels from scratch to suit your needs, from a simple remote operating terminal to panels with multiple I/O racks, VSD's and anything in between.

If you need us to design the circuitry along with the layout of the panel we cover this as well, all that is required is a meeting to determine the intended use of the panel, what you need it to do and what it will be controlling and we can do the rest.

Fault Finding on Existing Systems

We have extensive knowledge in electrical engineering and have come across and overcome many different faults.

No matter the system we will figure it out and come up with a solution to get things back running. During the fault finding process we will always look at improvements to the system and recommend fixes to avoid faults re-occurring in the future.

Breakdown Response

Do you run a production facility? Do you require the production lines to run as efficiently as possible? Then you will be aware how badly a breakdown can effect the output and efficiencies of a production line.

We offer a Breakdown Response/Call out service to production facilities to minimise downtime when a breakdown does occur.

We have extensive knowledge in the fields of electrical engineering and process control and always aim to have things back up and running as soon as possible. We are conscious of the effects that downtime of a production line can have on a business and with that in mind work as efficiently as possible to reduce these effects.

Maintenance on Existing Systems

How important is maintenance to electrical control systems? We say VERY important!

How do you maintain your systems? If at all?

It is critical that systems are maintained through routine maintenance schedules to reduce downtime in the event of failures, prevent system failures before they arise, find and repair any potential faulty parts before they fail and leave your production facility stood for hours waiting for repairs to be made.

We offer maintenance plans on all electrical control systems in any environment. You do not even need to have a current schedule in place as we can visit site, examine the equipment and write a maintenance plan and schedule to suit.

Variable Speed Drives

We work with all manufacturers of Variable speed drives and we are confident we can provide any services required around drives that you require, be it a new project that requires drives to control a process or existing drives that require set up, maintenance or have faults and require repair or replacement, we can sort it.

We also offer VSD hire and can deliver a VSD with control in an enclosure to site and also offer an installation service. On top of this we can also integrate them with current site Scada systems (dependant on location on site and specifics of job)

Energy Saving Projects

We have carried out many energy saving projects around plant equipment and site services looking at the performance of pumps, fans, conveyor systems and plant machinery to optimise processes to run as efficiently as possible reducing energy costs and increasing profits to businesses.

This can be extended to site services such as installing energy efficient lighting systems, heat recovery projects to use production heat and use it to heat water and office spaces reducing the need for expensive systems that would usually be used to provide these needs.
